Meatballs: Creamy Boursin Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Meatballs.
  • 14oz chicken sausages
  • 3tsp garlic puree
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1tsp dried parsley
  • 1tsp dried chives
  • .
  • 14oz spaghetti
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 3 tsp garlic puree
  • 10oz chicken stock
  • 2oz cream
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1tsp dried parsley
  • 1tsp dried chives
  • 4oz Boursin garlic and herb soft cheese
  • Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped.
  • .

Directions

  1. Brake up the sausages into a bowl, you may need to remove the skins depending on the brand.
  2. Add in the garlic and herbs and mix well.
  3. Form the meatballs and fry them off in the pan. Once they’ve browned take them out and pop in the oven/air fryer on 350 degrees for 10/15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile pop your pasta onto boil with plenty of salt. Fry the onions until they’re soft then add in the garlic, and cook for another few minutes.
  5. Add in the chicken stock and cream and reduce this down until it’s formed a thick sauce.
  6. Add in the Boursin and fresh parsley. Mix well and then add the cooked spaghetti and a little pasta water.
