  • 1 lb. ground beef, ground chicken or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Hodgson Mill gluten free seasoned coating mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs. dried parsley
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Shape meatballs into 24 (1 1/2 inch.) meatballs.
  4. Bale uncovered for 18 minutes or until the internal temperature meets 160 degrees.
