Meatloaf/Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 40 # ground beef
  • 1 .5 cup garlic minced
  • 4 bunches of parsley
  • 36 cups of panko
  • 1.25 cup of salt
  • .5 cup pepper
  • 16 cups of water
  • 6 cups of egg
  • 1 qt diced onion
  • 1 qt diced celery
  • 1 qt diced carrot

Directions

Put garlic, onion, and celery, in Food processor and mince fine. Chop until It has a bread crumb like consistency. Repeat the process with the carrots and parsley. Chop until It has a bread crumb like consistency.
Add panko, beef, and egg to large mixing bowl.
Add chopped mixture to mixing bowl.
Begin to paddle with mixer until it begins to come together.
With mixer running on speed 2 slowly add water until meat looks fully combined.
Cut strip of parchment paper for bottom of bullet pan
Pan spray bullet and place parchment in bottom of pan
Pan up in bullets about 9# per pan.
Firmly press 9# ball of meatloaf mix into pan
Wrap in plastic wrap and foil.
Label with a pull date tag and put in freezer
Bake at 350 until internal temp is 150.
Remove wrap and foil and bake until temp reaches 165 and top is browned.
