Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 10 to 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • 1 Tbsp caper juices
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Juice of 3 lemons (fresh)
  • 6-7 anchovies
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 5-6 dill pickle chips

Directions

  1. Pull anchovies from freezer just long enough to separate.
  2. When juicing lemons, strain juice to catch seeds.
  3. Add all ingredients to vita-mix except olive oil.
  4. Slowly add olive oil until desired consistency.
