METHOD NUMBER ONE
The Microwave Method
Step1. Chop Chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Step 2. Microwave your chopped Chocolate for 1min. Remove from microwave and give it a stir.
Step 3. Continue to micrwave in 30seconds increase stirring frequently until the chocolate has fully melted.
IMP TIP: Because each microwave behaves differently its best to keep a careful eye on your chocolate.
The main barrier to this method is that its easy to overcook chocolatr in a microwave
METHOD NUMBER TWO
The Doube Boiler Method
Step 1. Chop chocolates into small pieces and place it in a heat proff bowl.
Step 2. (IF YOU HAVE A DOUBLE BOILER)
Add your chopped chocolate to the top of a double boiler over barely simmering water.
IF YOU DONT HAVE A DOUBLE BOILER
Step 2. Place water on a sauce pan and bring it to a boil then Add your chopped chocolate over a saucepan just make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water in the pan.
Step 3. Stir gently and frequently until the chocolate has completely melted. Use a heat safe rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl as you stir
METHOD NUMBER THREE
The Water Bath Method
Step 1. Boil your water in a saucepan until it reaches the Boiling point. Remove it from your cooker.
Step 2. Place your bowl with chopped chocolate pieces in the water.
IMP TIP: Take extra care to keep water from getting inside the bowl make sure no seized Chocolate PLEASE!
Step 3. Step away for 30minutes or so leaving the lid off, and you will return to beautifully melted chocolate thats ready to use
