Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1ob velveeta cheese, mexican mild cubed
  • 16oz can tomatoes chopped and drained

Directions

  1. Sauté onion in margarine
  2. Add cheese and tomatoes
  3. Stir until cheese is melted
  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips
  5. Microwave onion and margarine in 1 1/2 qt bowl on high for 2 min or until onion is tender. Add Cheese and tomatoes, mix well. Micro on medium for 9 min or until thoroughly heated, stir every 3 min
