Mighty Milo Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups self raising flour;
  • 1/2 cup of raw sugar;
  • 1 cup dark choc bits;
  • 1 1/4 cup milk;
  • 75g butter, melted;
  • 1 cup milo;
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C - fan on high.
  2. Combine in bowl the sifted flour, sugar and choc bits. Combine milk, butter and milo and add to the dry ingredients with the lightly beaten egg and mix well. Spoon mixture evenly into deep, greased muffin pans. Bake for approximately 15 minutes - remove from pans immediately. If desired, dust with icing sugar when cooled.
