Ingredients

  • 800g potato, sliced thinly with a mandolin
  • 4T cream
  • 4T Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • Pepper & salt
  • 1/2 T fresh thyme leaves

Directions

  1. Spray a 12 hole muffin tin and set aside
  2. Mix potatoes with other ingredients
  3. Stack potatoes in tins to the same size but below the rim
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Cook in mod oven for 50 min, removing foil after 30 min to crisp up.
