Mini Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey, preferably dark meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sage, and mustard. Form into 12 small patties.
  2. 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey patties and cook until no longer pink in the center, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Take care not to crowd the patties in the skillet; cook in batches, if necessary. Cool and serve.
