Mocha Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 package Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup Maxwell House instant coffee
- 2 Tablespoons warm water
- 1 package, 2 layer size Devil's Food Cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar

Directions
- Microwave chocolate and oil in bowl for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir after 1 minute. Mix coffee and water.
- Whisk into chocolate.
- Add cake mix and eggs. Stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 48, 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar.
- Bake 10 minutes.
