Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 oz noodles uncooked
  • 4 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown beef
  2. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, tomato sauce
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
  4. Cook noodles and drain
  5. Combine onions with sour cream and cream cheese
  6. In a greased casserole dish evenly layer meat mixture, then cream cheese mixture, then noodles, and repeat put a layer of the meat on top and then cover with the cheddar cheese
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 mins if chilled
  8. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins if not chilled
