1. Season chicken breast and sear in pan until just done. Remove to rest.
2. In the same pan add onions and cook until translucent. And garlic. ( sometimes I add mushrooms at this point, just depends on my mood)
3.one garlic is aromatic add wine and cook for about 7 minutes.
4. After wine is cooked out, add chicken broth. Once this is brought to a simmer, add sour cream.
5. Whisk until fully combined, simmer for about 3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
(Is sauce is to thin for your liking add 2 tbls. Of butter)
6. Leave chicken breast whole or cute into pieces and add back to sauce. At this point it’s ready to eat.
I usually eat it with rice and veggies on the side but it also taste good with pasta.
