Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 1T olive oil
  • 1t minced garlic
  • 1/4c soy sauce
  • 1/2c brown sugar
  • 1/2c water
  • 1c carrot strips (2 med carrots)
  • 1/2 -1 red capsicum cut into strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Green onions for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat slow cooker
  2. Heat oil on stove, soften onion and capsicum and brown meat that is coated in flour.
  3. Mix together other ingredients and add to slow cooker.
  4. Add steak and veges and stir to combine
  5. Cook on high 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
  6. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
