Ingredients

1/2 kilo cheese morbier cheese
600g potatoes boiled skin on sliced
250g smoked bacon or Morteau sausage
2 onion sliced
250ml single cream

Directions

Cook potatoes and slice
Fry onions and bacon/ sausage
Put in pan. Cover with sliced cheese
Cover with single cream
Oven to 180c
30mins
