Ingredients

  • 150-200 gramos de chocolate para fundir.
  • 100 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra.
  • 4 huevos.
  • 2 pizcas de sal.
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar.

Directions

  1. Fundir el chocolate.
  2. Separar las claras de las yemas.
  3. Batir las claras a punto de nieve y reservar (con una pizca de sal).
  4. Batir las yemas con el azúcar y una pizca de sal.
  5. Añadir aceite al chocolate ya atemperado y remover.
  6. Añadir el chocolate a las yemas y mezclar bien.
  7. Añadir las claras al resto de la mezcla con movimientos envolventes y enfriar.
