I will try to remember - The expert doesn't. I think he used vanilla icecream and I think it was about a quarter gallon and then orange sherbet or raspberry sherbet - according to the flavor of the day. Then it was orange juice or cranberry juice and ginger ale. I think he put half of the half gallon of vanilla and sherbet and then the juice and the ginger ale. Do you need punch bowls? I have two.
He kind of mixed the icecream and the sherbet together and then the juice and the ginger ale last.
It was good when it was kind of lumpy with icecream - also good if it was all stirred in.
