Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking powder. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup melted butter, sugar,
3 rablespoons lemon juice and eggs. Gently mix dry ingredients into wet
ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in lemon zest and blueberries. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8 by-4-inch
loaf pan.Bake for 60 minutes, until top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Make glaze: Whisk together 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 tablespoon
lemon juice with powdered sugar. Drizzle over loaf. Let cool completely.
Garnish with additional blueberries if desired. Makes 4-6 servinqs.
