Ingredients

  • 1 chunk of good salami, cut into small cubes
  • 1 chunk of imported provolone, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • Pickled red peppers, (sweet, not hot) cut into small pieces, approximately the same size as the salami and provolone cubes.
  • If pickled red peppers are not available substitute one fresh red pepper
  • Black olives
  • Green olives

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Add several tablespoons of olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.
  2. Nan always made this fir holidays. The pickled peppers she used were from Gug's Aunt Phil, who made them every year.
