New Years Black Eye Pea Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lb Gourd Beef
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Package Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 Packages Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 16 oz can Black Beans, Undrained
- 1 16 oz can Black Eyed Peas, Undrained
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes, diced
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 16oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 2 16oz can Corn
Directions
Cook meat and onions
Add Dressing and Taco Mix, Stir
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil
Simmer for 2 hours
