No Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds*
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix together old fashioned oats, flax seeds and whey protein powder in bowl. Set aside.
  2. In small-medium sauce pan, combine milk, peanut butter and honey over low-medium heat.
  3. Stir until PB is melted and mixed well.**
  4. Pour over oat mixture and stir until well combined. Add in chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Press into 9x9 pan. Chill.
