Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups instant rice
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1-2 cans cream of celery or chicken
  • 1 packet chicken gravy
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1-2 lbs. chicken tenders

Directions

  1. Pour rice into a 8x11 casserole dish. In a bowl, mix milk, water, cream soup, and chicken gravy.
  2. Pour over rice and mix. Lay chicken tenders over mixture. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
