No Sugar Custard

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Corn starch

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Heat the bottom pot to boiling.
  3. Stir the ingredients in the top pot until thick.
  4. Remove from heat. Transfer custard to bowls to cool.
  5. This does not have much flavour. Think of it as a blank canvas.
