NY Strip: Garlic Steak & Potato Bites

Ingredients

  • POTATO:
  • 3 large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (to taste)
  • STEAKS:
  • 2 steaks (e.g., 10 oz strip steaks)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • GARLIC BUTTER:
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

POTATOES:

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (season to taste).
  3. Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking.

PREP STEAKS:

  1. While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Coat the steak bites in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.

COOK STEAKS:

  1. Once the potatoes are done, set them aside.
  2. Air fry the steak bites at 400°F for about 7 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness.

GARLIC BUTTER:

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley.

ASSEMBLE:

  1. Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites.
  2. Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes.
