NY Strip: Garlic Steak & Potato Bites
Ingredients
- POTATO:
- 3 large potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (to taste)
- STEAKS:
- 2 steaks (e.g., 10 oz strip steaks)
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
- GARLIC BUTTER:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley

POTATOES:
- Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (season to taste).
- Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking.
PREP STEAKS:
- While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
- Coat the steak bites in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
COOK STEAKS:
- Once the potatoes are done, set them aside.
- Air fry the steak bites at 400°F for about 7 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness.
GARLIC BUTTER:
- Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley.
ASSEMBLE:
- Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites.
- Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes.
