POTATOES:
Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (season to taste).
Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking.
PREP STEAKS:
While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
Coat the steak bites in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
COOK STEAKS:
Once the potatoes are done, set them aside.
Air fry the steak bites at 400°F for about 7 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness.
GARLIC BUTTER:
Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley.
ASSEMBLE:
Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites.
Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes.
