  • 250 glutinous rice flour
  • Pandan leaves
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tsp Pandan paste
  • Gula Melaka
  • Shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Add the rice flour and plain flour. Water in a small cup, add in the Pandan paste and stir. Add the mixture in to the flour mixture. Add in more water into the mixture if needed.
  2. Boil water with the knotted Pandan leaves. Add in the balls.
  3. When they rise up they are cooked. Add salt to the shredded coconut and place the cook balls in it.
