Overnight Bircher

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (60g) rolled oats
- 150g 99% fat free plain Greek yoghurt
- 2/3 cup (160ml) skim milk
- 2 medjool dates, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 red or green apple, unpeeled, grated
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsps shredded coconut
- 1 cup (160g) fresh or frozen mixed berries
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except berries, in a bowl until well combined. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glass jars or reusable containers. Seal with lids and refrigerate overnight.
Top with berries to serve.
TO REFRIGERATE:
Store Bircher for up to 4 days. Top with berries just before serving.
