Ingredients
- 25g old fashioned oats
- 150ml oat milk
- 98g mixed berries or blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 10g chia seeds
- 7g LSA
Directions
Mix the oats and your choice of milk with half the amount of berries, add some cardamom or orange zest for more flavor.
Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
Serve with the remaining berries and enjoy.
