Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat milk (108g)
  • 1/4 cup whole oats (22g)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (13g)
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Directions

  1. The night before: place all the ingredients into a cup and place in fridge overnight.
