Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Macadamia Flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Whole Eggs or 2 Flax Eggs for Vegan Option
  • 2 teaspoons Stevia
  • ⅓ cup Coconut Milk (you may need a little more if the mixture seems too dry)
  • 2.5 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • ¾ cup Fresh Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Kerrygold Butter or Ghee melted (for brushing scones)
  • 2 pinches of LOVE
