  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp (melted) coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried curents
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp agave (or honey)
