Ingredients
1 lb large raw shrimp, including shells, fresh or thawed from being frozen
2 tablespoons white wine (optional, omit for w30)
1½ cup water
¼ teaspoon each cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
1 pinch dried oregano
¼ cup arrowroot starch
¾ teaspoon salt
