  • Potatoes:
  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Caprese Salad:
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 4-5 slices fresh mozzarella
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze or Balsamic Vinegar
