Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup almond flour
• 4 eggs
• 4 Tbs. honey
• 2 Tbs. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1 Tbs. butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender for a light, fluffy texture. Pour onto a buttered electric griddle. Cook slowly until golden brown.
