  • Farina di Manitoba 300gr
  • Sale 15gr
  • Olio 50ml
  • Farina pane nero conad 700gr
  • Semi di girasole 25gr
  • Semi di zucca 25gr
  • Semi di sesamo 15

Directions

  1. Prima acqua lievito e zucchero
  2. Poi manitoba
  3. Poi sale e olio
  4. Poi 1/2 farina pane nero
  5. Poi semi
  6. Poi resto farina pane nero
  7. Far lievitare 1 ora e mezzo in una scodella oliata
  8. Poi far lievitare 40 min in tegli
  9. Poi infornare a 220gradi per 20 min poi portare a 200 gradi
  10. Mettere dentro pentola con acqua per mezzora
  11. Lasciare aperto il forno gli ultimi 10 min
  12. Cuocere per 60 min con forno ventilato
