  2. Poi lasciare a riposo in una ciotola 20min
  3. Poi fare pieghe e far riposare altri 20min
  4. Farlo per 3/4 volte
  5. Poi in frigo nella ciotola tutta la notte
  6. Poi tirare fuori e far lieviitare 2 ore
