Let the pizza dough rise on a counter or in front of a sunny window.
Preheat the oven to 450°F
Set out a large rimmed pizza pan.
Sprinkle some flour onto a large cutting board or other clean work surface.
Place pre-made pizza dough on top of the flour
Flip it around in the flour to lightly coat each side.
Add light dustings of flour to the dough as you stretch it.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the pan
Transfer raw pizza dough to a pizza pan, and press it to the shape of the pan, making a slightly raised edge to the dough.
Bake the naked pizza dough without toppings in the oven at 450°F for 7 minutes. Pizza dough will be set in place and is ready to freeze with toppings or add the toppings just before baking
When you want to eat, add any additional toppings and bake at 475°F for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown crust has formed and the cheese is bubbling.
