  • 3/4 C dry white wine
  • Approx. 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese(or morešŸ˜‰) plus extra for service
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
