Add chicken pieces. Stir and brown chicken for 5 minutes. Remove
Cook onions with oil until soft medium heat
Stir in garlic, ginger, chilies, and garam masala.
Add tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add chicken back
Add salt and water. Bring to boil, cover, and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
Add vinegar, sugar, and apricots. Cover and simmer another 10 to 15 minutes. Stirring often. Don’t let sugar burn. Add a little water if necessary.
