Cook the pasta according to its packaged instructions. When finished, rinse in cold water until completely cooled.
Cut the broccoli in half.
Chop the red onion and the peppers into smaller pieces.
Cook the Turkey bacon slices and broccoli in a grill pan or grill on high heat until the bacon is crispy and the broccoli has softened.
Add the corn and the chopped and shredded vegetables to the pasta in a big bowl and stir to combine.
Add parsley, salt, olive oil and vinegar.
Cut the cooked Turkey bacon in small pieces and sprinkle it on top of the salad, serving with the grilled broccoli.
