Pasta with Turkey and Hummus

Ingredients

  • 0.3g smoked paprika
  • 6 olives
  • 0.3g salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta, dry
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turkey breast. Mince
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 tbsp hummus

Directions

  1. Boil and drain the pasta.
  2. In a non-stick pan cook the meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Add in the chopped broccoli and grated carrot.
  3. Cook, stirring until the vegetables are fork-tender.
  4. Add the olives and pasta.
  5. Mix with the hummus and serve with fresh parsley.
