Pasta With Turkey Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • PASTA
  • 16 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta
  • 1+ onion thin sliced
  • 5+ garlic cloves sliced
  • Fresh basil - Big handful
  • Fresh oregano - handful
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 T+ Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3+ T olive oil
  • 4 cups water
  • TURKEY MEAT BALLS
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2+ onion finely chopped
  • 1T Rosemary honey jelly
  • Panko crumbs
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all past ingredients in skillet and cook until water is dissolved. May need to cover skillet for the first few minutes. Remove lid, stir. Leave lid off until water evaporated. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients and form into meatballs. Cook in convection oven 375 degrees until done or cook in skillet.
  3. Serve both together.
