Ingredients

  • 1/2c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4c quick cooking oats
  • 1/4c diced grapes or strawberries
  • 1/2T chia seeds
  • 1t sugar
  • 1T peanut butter
  • 1T grape or strawberry jam, reduced sugar

Directions

  1. In an 8oz container combine milk, oats, fruit, chia seeds, and sugar. Close the container and shake the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day take the container out of the refrigerator, stir in peanut butter and jelly, then serve
