Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lactose- free or nondairy milk
  • 1/2 of a ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter or 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. To make smoothie, simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
