Pear Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 1/4 oz) pears in light syrup
  • 1 package (18 1/4 oz) white cake mix
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp powder sugar

Directions

Drain pears, reserving the syrup, chop the pears. Place pears and syrup in mixing bowl, add cake mix, egg whites, and egg. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then on high for 4 minutes.

Coat a 10 in fluted tube pan with nonstick spray and dust with flour. Add batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing cake from the pan. Cool on a wire rack. Once cooled completely dust with powder sugar.
