Pecan Pie Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 3 blocks of cream cheese (8 oz each)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tsp vanilla
- Pecan topping
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn starch
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 yolks plus 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups pecans
Directions
- Prepare cheesecake
- Bake 325 for 1 hour
- Prepare pecan topping
- Spread over cheesecake
- Chill
