Perfect Hummus From Canned Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well (if you already have cooked garbanzos in your fridge that you need to use up, one can of beans is equivalent to about 1 1/2 cups / 260g)
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled left whole
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini (60g)
  • 1/4 cup water (60ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Place all of the ingredients into your food and process until super creamy and smooth.
