Ingredients

  • 2 lbs seafood (shrimp and/or squid) cooked in coconut milk and cut into bitesize pieces.
  • 2 red onion sliced very thin
  • 4 tomatoes small dice
  • 1 green bell pepper or other mild peper
  • Juice of 10 to 15 limes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup tomato juice (or pureed tomato without peel)
  • Bunch of cilantro (to taste)
  • Salt, white pepper, light oil( maybe 1 Tbls.)
  • Sugar to taste if limes are too tart. Maybe 1 Tbs.
