2. Brown meat. Add olive oil in a high heat pan with green peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes or until veggies have softened. Then, add ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chis powder. Cook for 6-8 more minutes or until ground beef is crispy brown.
3. Cheese sauce. In a microwave safe bowl, add cottage cheese, light butter, parmesan, cheddar and cheddar powder. Mix, then microwave for 30 seconds. Scoop 20g (-2 tablespoons) milk, add to cheese sauce bowl. Mix, then blend until completely smooth and creamy.
