  • Lime Juice - 1 cup

Directions

  1. Bring all ingredients together in a pot except jalapeños
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add jalapeños and cook until jalapeños turn army green
  4. Take off heat. Dump into pan
  5. Place into walk-in to cool
  6. Label, and date accordingly
