Pickled Radish

Ingredients

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1qt
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Sugar - 2 cup
  • Salt - 2 tbs
  • Lime Juice - 1 cup
  • 2 quarts of Thinly Sliced Radish

Directions

  1. Remove both ends & thinly ALL slice radishes. Add 2 Radishes to a round gallon container. DONATE ALL REMAINING RADISHES TO EDR SALAD BAR
  2. Add all ingredients (except radishes) to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Carefully pour pickling bring into container with Radishes.
  4. Cover with a lid and leave out on a table for 1/2 hour.
  5. Label, date & place in walk-in.
