Pistachio & Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 63ml light milk
  • 7g chia seeds
  • 100g vanilla yoghurt
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 1g (1 pinch) ground cinnamon
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 3g (5 nuts) pistachios, unsalted
  • Low fat latte

Directions

  1. Combine milk, chia seeds, yoghurt, rolled oats, cinnamon and raspberries in a container or jar. Seal container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top with pistachios before serving. Follow with a latte, or save for a mid-morning snack.
  3. TIP: for cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave milk and mix through to warm oats.
